I was impressed with the warmth of the staff, the accessibility of the office. I liked that the staff and the surgeon had a sense of humor, showed the appropriate amount of concern related to any questions that I had and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the entire process. Dr. Fardo is very good at what he does. I have been very happy with the process and the end result. Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use the practice again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.I had a deflation. I thought I was perfectly happy with my prior augmentation, but seeing the size and placement of the revision that Dr. Fardo did, I can see how superior the result is to what I had before.

Dr. Fardo and his staff were absolutely amazing! The care and service were beyond what I expected. Dr. Fardo is very attentive and caring and guided me through the entire process. I would highly recommend calling the Swan Center if you are considering any type of plastic surgery. You will not be disappointed! The single best thing was the care I received from Dr. Fardo and his Staff.

Dr. Fardo and his staff make coming to a doctor’s appointment a pleasurable experience. They have better customer service than chick-fil-a and Starbucks combined. I hated my breast for 10 years after I had my kid. Dr. Fardo gave me the exact boobs I asked for. I couldn’t be happier. They really go above and beyond at the Swan Center. I will definitely go back there for all future treatments and surgeries and recommending them to all my friends.

Dr. Fardo and his staff were very informative. The overall experience was far better than I anticipated. Dr. Fardo and his staff listened to my concerns and advised very clearly on a procedure to resolve my issues. They did not try to over prescribe my issues. They were very informative and if anything were very conservative with my issues.

Dr. Fardo, his nurses & the staff were absolutely incredible. I literally could not say one negative thing. After conducting months of research and meeting with 3 other plastic surgeons in the North Fulton area, I chose Dr. Fardo. I felt that he understood my goals and concerns the best and he made me feel so comfortable. First off- I have an extremely low pain tolerance and I don’t handle blood/needles/pain well. On the day of my surgery, I literally passed out when the nurse stared my IV. I’m a HUGE baby but after the surgery, I was never in pain. The “worst pain” I felt was a couple of days post-op and it felt like I went a little too hard at the gym and my muscles were sore/tight. I only took pain meds for 2 days and I was able to go out to dinner with my friends the next day. Now, I’m a little over a month out and I feel almost 100%. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. Dr. Fardo, his nurses, & the Swan staff took such great care of me before, during, and after my surgery. Everything was as expected.

The surgeon checked all my boxes as far as: providing visual after simulation photos, understanding what I would like to change, being board certified, thoroughly discussing financial information. Dr. Fardo has a demeanor about him that is very trusting. He operates in a very professional manner. His staff seems to respect him. At the end of the day, you need to trust the surgeon you choose.
