Avéli treatments are performed in our office using local anesthesia. We target cellulite dimples individually, using a hand-held device that goes underneath the skin. The entire procedure takes 1 to 2 hours.
Avéli is minimally invasive and requires very little downtime. Most patients are back to their normal activities within 24 to 48 hours and report mild bruising, swelling, and tenderness that resolve within the first couple of weeks. You will need to avoid strenuous workouts for 2 weeks after treatment but are otherwise completely free to resume all other activities!
