Dr. Bauer and his entire staff are truly amazing and such a blessing. I was blessed to have found such a wonderful team. Due to my situation, I was unsure of what could be done or how it would look after the procedure. Dr. Bauer went above and beyond and I am more than satisfied!!! I am in tears just thinking about it. I am forever grateful for Dr. Bauer, Jessica, Wendy and everyone at the Swan Center. Words can’t express how thankful I am. I’m truly blessed to have found and chose the Swan Center. I absolutely LOVE THEM! And I look AMAZING!

I was very nervous going into the colsultation, but the nurse and the surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I am not nervous at all going into the procedure.

Kerri was an awesome patient coordinator. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere of the Swan Center was clean, professional and friendly. I felt at ease and scheduled my surgery for the following week.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. My patient coordinator had been through the procedure before and offered advice based on her experience. The doctor was very professional and did not try to convince me to do other procedures or into a different outcome (he did not try to talk me into a bigger cup size)

the fact that the staff and Dr. were so friendly and helpful i will come back if i decideed to get more work done i could have not gone to a better place it was outstanding all the way through

The only experience that I feel could be improved is with the postoperation visits. I feel the information given to purchase the correct” bra was not easy to execute or understand. At the 6 month visit I was told that the bra I had selected was “maybe” not as supportive as it should be. The patient coordinator was the same as I had at the 3month visit on the first fitting and I had gone back and purchased other bras and sizes that she had reccomended. I could not locate the bra from Soma or others noted on the paper I was given. I was told to visit the store downstairs and see what they had. “Really?” This is what you recommend? I am shocked that these are the approved bras. My grandma has bras like these. They had no support, no padding what so ever. All lacey material with pointy nipples, full coverage… and no options for bras to wear under tight fitting t-shirts. This is for your patients who have had breast augmentations. I left there confused and frustrated. “

All questions and concerns addressed. Went into appointment nervous, left appointment wanting to schedule procedure for the next day.
