Being a college kid I was very unsure about getting a breast aug. Dr. Bauer took extra time with me and Stacy (his nurse) was awesome. I felt like I was talking to my friend, she helped reassure my mom that it was safe so she calmed down:) Karen my coordinator was totally great about talking about all my options for surgery dates. Basically the swan center is the best and I can’t imagine going any where else. My boobs are freaken awesome. Thanks dr Bauer:)

I went to the Swan Center after 5 yrs of having an awful breast augmentation from a Board Cert. Plastic Surgeon in Florida. Dr.Baur listened to all of my concerns, he explained exactly what he could do and how he could fix my breast aug..He did more than we discussed and spent 5 hours rebuilding my breasts! Dr. Baur is extremely talented and I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone. I did have to see him every week for a month to keep an eye on my healing and I did have to wait up to 30 mins before getting into a room a couple times, but I completely understood I was THAT woman who had questions also needing the extra time when I consulted with him,and my results far exceeded my expectations! No worries, everyone is nice and they always had great movies on, it felt comfortable.The staff is wonderful, they go above and beyond. If youve had a bad” breast augmentation or your thinking of enhancing them for the 1st time, go to Dr.Baur . No matter what you always have his undivided attention and he is definitely the best! I drove from TN to ATL for 5 weeks and so worth it. I have the most beautiful breast ever!Thank You Dr.Baur!

I was in the midst of wedding planning when I decided now was the time I should go through with the breast augmentation I had been considering for several years. I had been considering it and not doing it because I had not found a surgeon I felt compelled to use. Dr Bauer is phenomenal; he is very personable and attentive. He was also the first dr who listened to what I wanted the result to be and made recommendations to achieve my desired look. All the other drs just asked me what I wanted. I did not know what I wanted, CC’s mean nothing to me, I know how I wanted my body to look afterwards. All of his staff was very friendly and put me at ease at every visit. I have recommended him to everyone I hear mention this procedure. My mom is planning to see him for a reduction later this year. I truly believe that if you do your part before and after surgery and follow his directions (especially those after care directions so you don’t pop your stitches and have sharp pains) , he will go above and beyond to do his part to ensure your satisfaction. When I have to have mine redone, after kids and time, I pray he is still in practice. I would not consider going any where else as long as he is available.

Dr. Bauer is amazing. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. He listens and spends time getting to know you as a person and becoming clear on your wishes for surgery. His office staff is SOOOOOO friendly and helpful and always upbeat. Dr. Bauer’s skill is 2nd to none. The results are natural and exactly what I asked for. I had close to no pain and recovered very easily. Nurses called to check on me around the clock for the first 2 days after surgery. When I had a bad reaction to the pain meds prescribed a new prescription was called in for me promptly with no waiting or hassle. I would recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone! He is the best!!

I am a married 35-year old mother of two. I consulted with Dr. Bauer after having a breast augmentation 5 years ago with another board certified plastic surgeon.I felt very insecure during intimacy the last 5 years due to extreme size difference and position of my breasts. I felt like I lost all of my cleavage and volume, as well as sensation loss of my nipples from the previous doctors work.Dr. Bauer explained that I would need an implant exchange, which involves removing scar tissue and correcting the internal breast tissue to achieve the cleavage I wanted.Even with all of the limitations from my previous surgery, Dr. Bauer corrected my breasts and gave me a natural look.Now I love my shape, size and symmetry and feel like the sensation has improved. I waited years to find the right doctor to perform this surgery and Dr. Bauer has been a dream come true!
