I was pretty satisfied with my experience. Overall it has been. Just a few things like the wait time to be seen for my pre-scheduled appointment. One time i waited an hour and once it was at least thirty minutes. This was frustrating as i did come from over an hour away and was on time. The other thing may be the cost. This is my only surgery so who is to say whether i would have been just as pleased paying the $1000 LESS by going to another practice. The reputation of Dr Bauer was certainly my deciding factor. However since my surgery, i know of two other people who have had breast augmentations and they were pleased and have more money in their pocket. But remember you only have one body. I thought at the time i didn’t want to say wonder if it would have looked better by Dr Bauer.” Now i know I used one of the best surgeons so better to be pleased for sure than take a chance of not being pleased.”

Exercise is the thing I enjoy most and I had no idea the long term impact this would have on all future activities for weight lifting and boot camp. I would have made a different choice given the knowledge about the effects of under muscle on future exercise. Everyone heard about my exercising but noone discussed the impact until after the surgery. Also when I signed up I asked if you could use flex spend money so I allocated money yet it wa denied as this surgery does not qualify. In addition to losing that benefit I cannot use the 5000 I put away pre tax. Very impactful piece of incorrect information provided by this office. There were three people in the office participating in this decision given to me. I should have researched it but totally trusted they knew the answer. Also the overall appearance is certainly not what I expected but in clothing very happy

Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable. I loved all the notes/cards/letters of other patients (in the books located in the lobby) and to read how happy they where with their surgery, and the staff/Dr Bauer. Auburn Russell, my patient coordinator is over the top! She has been SO helpful, when I call she remembers everything about me and things we have already talked about. I feel like I will be in great hands with all of them. And have already scheduled my surgery for November.

There are so many factors that made my experience a positive one. Dr. Bauer is an awesome doctor who really listens to his patients to ensure they are getting exactly what they ask for. In addition, the support staff was so accommodating from everything related to making appointments to the numerous questions/concerns I had following my surgery. I would definitely return to Dr. Bauer and refer him to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery. Thanks so much! I love my results!!!

Dr. Bauer and his staff is the best! My cosmetic surgery experience was the great thanks to these guys. They made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience. Not to mention the wonderful job Dr. Bauer has done and how pleased I am with the outcome.
