Great exsperience all the way around.

No complaints. I went to Dr. Bauer after seeing positive reviews on various websites. He’s known for breast augmentations and you can see why. The Swan Center (where he is based) had the most before and after pictures of anyone and they were very straightforward in their pricing. He is warm and smile-prone, very disarming.

I went in being very scared, when I left I was relaxed with the staff, doctor and knowing I can trust them in making me as comfortable as possible for my upcoming surgery

From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of comfort with the process. My assigned consultant was on the phone so another consultant, Jessica, helped me through the first part of my appointment until I was able to meet with Auburn. Jessica and Auburn were awesome!!! Dr. Bauer was very patient and took his time to answer all of my questions, listen to my concerns and explain the process in detail. I commend Dr. Bauer and his staff on his level of service. In today’s world, there are a number of surgeons doing these procedures and with service being what sets one apart from the others, The Swan Center has proven to be the best choice among many!

I felt comfortable, I started out nervous but then it was relaxing, I told them up front I was scared but they reassured me I would be taken care of.

Dr. Bauer and his staff are compassionate, caring and professional. They listen and respond to questions and concerns. You are made to feel that you are the only patient under their care. Dr. Bauer is an artist, he has a special eye for shape and size. The office is beautiful, very clean and comfortable environment. A non-sterile or non institutional feel which is friendly and relaxing.

Everyone on staff was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable and Dr Bauer was wonderful!

I have not had my procedure done yet, but I am extremely excited. I was nervous upon my arrival for my first consultation but was put at ease through the friendliness of the staff. I have my pre-op next week and my surgery in two weeks. Thank you for the the professionalism and comfort that I have received so far.
