I was so unsure what size implant to get. I knew the look I wanted, but couldn’t a final decision. Finally, I made a decision, but during surgery, Dr. Bauer went smaller. I am sooo glad he did. My breasts are perfect! Perfect size, shape…they even look like twins;). I am proportioned and no one has noticed I had them done, which was the goal. I am at roughly 8 weeks and happy I made the decision to use Swann and Dr. Bauer. My confidence is up and I love my body! The recovery was more difficult than I expected. If I hadn’t had my mother and husband to stay home to take care of me, I don’t know what I would have done. I only stayed on pain pills for 3 days, because they made me weird. Maybe that’s how other women manage, because they don’t feel anything…? Just glad that first 6 weeks is over. I do think recovery help should be stressed even more. Again, my husband said if he knew how much I would depend on him, he might not have let me do it. Would I go through it again? Probably. I’m just glad I made it through. But I think Dr. Bauer is great at his job. We went to other places, but decided Dr. Bauer was more concerned about the outcome and how I felt. So I give 5 stars!

Dr. Bauer is the best of the best. He was recommended to me by a girl whose boobs I used as wish boobs. Her words were he’s the best boob doctor in Atlanta and I couldn’t agree more! I went to a couple consultations before deciding The Swan Center and Dr. Bauer were right for me. He prides himself on providing a natural appearance, and honestly, most people think my boobs are real! You know you’re in good hands when your doctor helps give recommendations to the implant company (Mentor)!

Dr. Bauer is very personable. He performed my breast lift over a year ago. Because of his professionalism and wonderful staff. I decided to return and have him perform liposuction to my flanks, abs , back and hips. Things are looking really good even with all the swelling.

I drove all the way up from Panama City, FL after doing extensive online research on multiple doctors (even in other cities) for my breast augmentation and decided to book a consultation with Dr. Bauer. Based off his reviews and website, I drove 5 hours with only 1 consultation booked with him. During my consultation with Dr. Bauer and nurse Katie I felt 100% confident with booking my surgery…

Dr. Bauer is such a friendly personal doctor. As soon as I met him, I knew I wanted my surgery done by him. The staff at the swan center are beyond amazing! Every nurse was so accommodating, it made the process so much easier.

I’m really happy with my breast augmentation results so far. It’s going on 4 months since my surgery and I’m blown away everyday by how natural yet full my breasts look. Because I’m petite I didn’t have to go very big to add some size to my chest…I chose 275cc moderate profile implants from the selection of sizes Dr. Bauer recommended. I did have a few complications in the beginning due to my petite size and lack of breast tissue but Dr. Bauer’s recommendations have helped the issues subside. I felt very comfortable leading up to the day of surgery which was unusual seeing as I have always been afraid of going under the knife. The staff at the Swan Center are all very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice, almost feels like a upscale hotel. My only issue was getting the expected level of attention I needed during the first few months when I was going through complications. I am an overseas patient and the Skype sessions were almost impossible for them to coordinate and I felt like my appointments were rushed. I guess it just goes to show Dr. Bauer is a busy guy and of great demand because of how great he is at his job.

The Swan Center and Dr. Bauer were wonderful. I had an extremely positive experience from the very first email I sent, the response was very quick and followed up with a phone call. The consultation was so informative, they had lots of pictures to go through for me to try to get an idea of what I wanted. The nurse was very calming with my fears, and then when Dr. Bauer came in to see me I had absolutely no reservations about going through with surgery. Dr. Bauer was so personable, I felt like he really listened to me and answered all my questions, he didn’t rush me through at all, he spent lots of time talking me through anything I wanted to know. His staff from the front desk, and especially the nurses were all very encouraging, supportive and very friendly. My whole overall experience was very positive. I am 6 months out from surgery and so happy with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Bauer and the Swan Center to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery.

The entire staff was amazing. So comforting and Dr. Bauer has the most incredible bed side manner.
