Doctor and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable ,comfortable to be around and very professional.

I feel more feminine. My breasts are the perfect size for my shape. I don’t think anyone can tell, except me…which I like.I feel they look natural.The office called and asked me if I could arrive for surgery an hour earlier since they were ahead of schedule. I said I’d call back to let them know. I called back to tell the office yes, and had someone take me earlier. I waited in the surgery waiting area for over an hour, and no one was downstairs except Dr. Bauer when he talked to a patients mother. He asked me if he was performing my surgery. When I told him yes, he said he would let someone know. I had to call the reception desk to tell someone I was downstairs waiting and was asked to come early. They finally sent someone to check on me. During my two week follow up, I waited an hour in the exam room for dr. Bauer to just see me.During my six week follow up, While out of town, I requested a skype/FaceTime meeting. I took off work to go home for the appt and no one called me. I called the office to see if the nurse was going to call since it was now 30+ minutes past the appt time. During my six week follow up in person….keep in mind I flew in town from DC…I waited for one hour and 45 minutes in the exam room for Dr. Bauer to see me.

I never self rushed by anyone. .all staff was genuinely concerned for my well being and made sure my questions were answered

Dr. Bauer and all the nurses were professional and answered all of my questions. They put my mind at ease and I knew I was in great hands prior to my procedure! Just be prepared to wait up to an hour for your appointments.

I can’t say I am highly satisfied only because I haven’t seen the final outcome yet. I am only 9 weeks out and the nurse said I will have to wait until about 6 months out to see the final outcome. I still have a lot of swelling.

The Doctor and staff answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. The surgery went great, I love the results. Dr. Bauer called me the night of surgery to check on me!I feel more confident in my cloths

Overall appearance. Exactly what I requested.Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable at Swan. Procedure was far less painful than imagined and so happy with results! Wish I had found Swan sooner!
