I think there is always room for improvement. I wish I would have been given a little more information then what I was given. However, the staff and doctor were really nice and respectful.

I am usually terrified with any medical enviroment of doctors and nurses and all the medical equipment. This was the FOURTH time I had considered breast surgery and I was so at home and comfortable with everything and all the staff that this time, I went through with it. Im so happy with my results and plan on coming back for another procedure soon..just one more. 🙂

I was treated with respect and every question was answered with concern and detailed information. Dr Fardo was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and came recommended by a friend and in turn, I would recommend Dr Fardo to my friends. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and would change nothing! The office is efficient & on time with appoitments, another huge plus!

I like the doctors and the entire practice. The wait time was a bit long compared to the amount of time spent with me. Would have liked maybe some pictures or images to see what I looked like that I could review at home. Also, the movie playing in the waiting area was really offensive and inappropriate. Thankfully, there were no children around! But I do trust my surgeon and had a great past experience.

Wendy Jackson is the person who answered the phone the first time I called and she was extremely professional and personable and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. She was very nice when scheduling my surgery as well. I have been pleased with every single person I have come in contact with at your practice and felt very welcome.

I was treated very nicely and professionally. Dr. Fardo spent a lot of time with me explaining the procedures he would suggest, and his approach was minimal compared to two other surgeons I had consulted. I will likely ask for another consult appointment to compare the opinions I had and see what his suggestions are.

The doctor made recommendations I hadn’t thought about and also they seemed less invasive. I have had a conversation about the fees that have been helpful also.
