I don’t feel my doctor listened to what I wanted as far as the size I wanted my new breast size to be. I feel he did what he wanted and I was the one who paid him for the service. Now I am stuck with little breast until I am prepared for another surgery. I also had a follow up appointment. After checking in I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and when I was taken to the patient room I was left for another 40 minutes. I left without being seen, I still have a stitch that needs to be removed because I was never seen for me 6 week check up and no one Ever called me to follow up. Not good

Staff was very friendly and thorough. Only issue was wait time before and after appt. very long

I feel like people will actually see me, not a set of breast walking in. (Reduction).Everyone was very warm & friendly. The staff was great at putting you at ease. Dr Fardo was great at listening to what my end game was & what was the best way to get me there.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They made it very comfortable to discuss anything about the procedure. They answered all of my questions and made it easy for me. I will definitely return!

I am so much more confident. I had lost lots of weight and had lots of sagging skin. After the procedure I feel much more comfortable wearing nice clothes. I don’t feel I have to wear baggy shirts to cover my stomach area. I wear tops tucked in and wear belts to show off my trimmer figure. I have more energy and my husband loves my new figure!Everyone of the office and nursing staff are professional and extremely friendly. Doctor Fardo didn’t try to ‘upsell’ anything and was totally honest in what the expectations were for my situation. He answered my questions fully so I could completely understand what would occur and the time frame for recovery. I am DELIGHTED with the procedure AND the staff at The Swan Center. So much so I returned for a second procedure to have an Inner Thigh lift.

I can wear clothes that I couldn’t before. I can wear a bikini again! I don’t feel like I am constantly having to suck in. And, because my stomach looks better, it makes me want to make the rest of my body look good by exercising more. .Love Dr. Bauer and all of the staff! They make you feel super comfortable…like family! Thanks for everything!

The overall outcome of my procedures are excellent. I am very pleased with the results.Dr. Bauer is a wonderful, caring doctor. He makes me feel like he really cares about me.
