I think there is always room for improvement. I wish I would have been given a little more information then what I was given. However, the staff and doctor were really nice and respectful.

The surgeons were very informative, especially Dr. Bauer. He made me feel as though my decision to receive breast surgery is a sound one. He also made me feel confident with what the results will be like. He did a good job of explaining the procedure and methods used. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly, especially the assistant/intern with who I tried on the different sizes with. I do not recall her name, but she was a very sweet girl and acted as excited about my procedure as I am. I felt like I was trying on breast sizes with a close friend rather than with a girl who I just met literally 5 minutes ago. I have a pre-surgery appointment coming up and I am curious to see how my more in depth surgery risk concerns are addressed.

Such an easy and great experience. I would recommend Dr. Bauer to anyone. He did a fantastic job.

Dr. Bauer and the ENTIRE Swan Center Staff is top notch. Each individual employee goes above and beyond to make your experience phenomenal. Dr. Bauer has wonderful bedside manners and listens to your wants/needs. He is VERY honest and in this business, I personally feel that is the most important part of a decision making process for the patient. Kudos to the Swan Center!

I am usually terrified with any medical enviroment of doctors and nurses and all the medical equipment. This was the FOURTH time I had considered breast surgery and I was so at home and comfortable with everything and all the staff that this time, I went through with it. Im so happy with my results and plan on coming back for another procedure soon..just one more. 🙂

Recovery was more involved and complicated than I anticipated or than what was communicated to me.

The service I received from Dr.Bauer and his staff was fantastic I could not ask for more. The standard of work and friendliness of staff makes you feel confident in whatever proceedure you are doing. I would definitely refer friends or family to Dr.Bauer my long flight from the West Indies was worth it!

I was treated with respect and every question was answered with concern and detailed information. Dr Fardo was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and came recommended by a friend and in turn, I would recommend Dr Fardo to my friends. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and would change nothing! The office is efficient & on time with appoitments, another huge plus!

Dr Bauer made me feel extremely comfortable during my sessions with him. His staff is the most pleasant I have come across in a long time. This bring a life changing experience, I felt at ease.

I like the doctors and the entire practice. The wait time was a bit long compared to the amount of time spent with me. Would have liked maybe some pictures or images to see what I looked like that I could review at home. Also, the movie playing in the waiting area was really offensive and inappropriate. Thankfully, there were no children around! But I do trust my surgeon and had a great past experience.
