Our Nurse Injector Christian has an eye for aesthetics & passion for helping patients

Christian is a skilled nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in aesthetics. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, which led her to pursue a graduate degree from Emory University in women’s health. She began working in aesthetics in 2008, and immediately knew this was her calling. She realized through aesthetics she could connect with people, helping them feel confident and empowered, which trickles into every aspect of their lives.

As a woman and mother of three, I know how hard it can be to focus on self care. We often take care of everyone else and prioritize our needs last. I’m passionate about connecting with all of my patients to understand their needs, and offer guidance to help them look and feel their absolute best.

Prioritizing continued education and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetics

Christian’s dedication to her patients extends beyond just cosmetic treatments. Her passion has led her to train with some of the top leaders in the field, which is why she is one of the few injectors in the Atlanta area certified in Microtox® and Nasaltox®. Over the years, Christian has learned how neurotoxin treatments can have therapeutic benefits beyond cosmetic enhancements, and she’s excited to offer these treatments to her patients as a way to help them achieve a better quality of life.

Christian is also a certified O-Shot® provider, trained by Dr. Charles Runels, the inventor of the procedure. Christian’s work in urogynecology, where she managed the care of women with issues that the O-shot can help with, inspired her to become certified in this innovative treatment. Plus, she loves to see the positive effects that regenerative medicine can have on her patients.

Additionally, Christian is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, which focuses on promotion of competency and education for providers. She believes that by staying informed and working together, we can help our patients achieve their best possible outcomes.

What you do at home is just as important as what I help you with in the office. Utilizing daily sunscreen, medical grade skincare and staying hydrated will help take your treatments to the next level.

Here at the Swan Center, Christian offers a range of injectable treatments to address a variety of concerns, including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal filler, Sculptra and Radiesse. She loves using all of these options to tailor an individualized treatment plan for each patient that walks through our doors.

When she isn’t at work, she is a wife and mom of 3 teenagers. Her oldest is a freshman at UGA, so you can find her on game day supporting her team. Go dawgs! She stays busy with her kids activities and cherishes every minute of it. In her spare time, she loves traveling, reading and playing tennis.
