Meet Master CoolSculpting Specialist, Certified Hydrafacialist & Licensed Permanent Makeup and Paramedical Tattoo Artist Cherylyn Woody

A Career Built on Passion & Precision

For over 20 years, Cherylyn Woody has dedicated herself to the art and science of aesthetics, helping patients feel radiant and confident in their own skin. A Master CoolSculpting Specialist since 2010, a certified Hydrafacialist, and a licensed permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist, Cherylyn brings a wealth of expertise to every treatment she provides. Her approach is as thoughtful as it is skilled, making sure each patient feels respected and leaves looking like the best version of themselves.

Cherylyn’s journey to us began long before she joined the team. She first discovered The Swan Center while listening to Atlanta’s 96Rock radio station, where Dr. Bauer would appear in recurring segments to discuss breast augmentation procedures, sparking her interest in what she recognized as a prestigious practice. Cherylyn kept The Swan Center on her radar and came on board as our Master CoolSculpting Specialist in 2018. As a multiple-time winner of Best Self Magazine’s Best of Atlanta award, she’s recognized for expertise, but those who know her best will tell you it’s her warmth and attention to detail that really set her apart.

I ensure that respect, and dignity are in place with each patient. I want them to focus on the future, not the past. That’s where we’re going, after all!

Master of Nonsurgical Body Contouring

As a Master CoolSculpting Specialist since 2010, Cherylyn has earned recognition as one of Atlanta’s top providers, receiving Best of Atlanta awards from Best Self Magazine in 2017, 2023 and 2024. Her approach to body contouring is both artistic and precise. As she puts it, your curves are her canvas.

With over a decade of CoolSculpting experience, Cherylyn has developed an intuitive understanding of treatment planning and applicator placement that allows her to give patients exactly what they want while eliminating what they don’t. Her confidence comes from years of perfecting her technique and seeing transformative results.

A Legacy of Care

Some of Cherylyn’s most meaningful work comes from her role as a licensed permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist, specializing in areola repigmentation. This deeply personal specialty was inspired by her two siblings, who are breast cancer survivors. “It’s an honor to help men and women alike as they complete their journeys,” she explains. “It’s often the ‘last step’ to coming full circle after they’ve fought so hard.”

When her father passed away in 2023, she made the decision to honor him by investing in advanced training that would benefit others. A helper by nature, much like her dad, Cherylyn continues to carry that legacy of care and compassion into her work, ensuring patients always feel heard and understood.

Her warm thoughtfulness comes through in every appointment. Need a warm blanket or a fan during treatment? Cherylyn’s on it. What about your favorite music or Netflix show to distract you? She’s got your back. Whether performing treatments or following up afterward, Cherylyn creates an environment where vulnerability feels safe and results feel achievable, so you can focus on your journey forward, confident that your safety and comfort are her top priorities.

Patients laugh in my room, and often.  I want them to feel free to be themselves and share what they want to share.

A Peek Inside Cherylyn’s Own Skincare Routine

At 51, Cherylyn practices what she preaches when it comes to medical-grade skincare and consistent routines. She drinks at least 65 ounces of water daily and never misses a step in her comprehensive ZO and Revision skincare regimen, which includes gentle cleansing, exfoliating polish, growth factor serums and chemical-free SPF.

Her annual treatment plan includes VI Peels during cooler months, BBL treatments for her face, neck and chest, regular neurotoxin appointments, and strategic filler placement with exosomes. “The entire ZO Daily Skincare Program truly changed my skin,” she says, crediting consistency and quality products for her healthy complexion.

Outside the Treatment Room

When she’s not helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, Cherylyn lives life to the fullest. Happily married to her husband Chris, she’s mom to Olivia Grace and Iggy, plus three beloved cats: Trixie, Miranda and Moops. The world is her dance floor, so you’ll often find her co-teaching REB3L fitness HIIT classes or strength training at home.
