Dr. Fardo made me feel very comfortable and confident about the procedure. He listened to all my concerns and questions and gave me all the information I needed. If there was any other procedure I was interested in I would definitely go to him again.

Dr Bauer was incredible the staff, nurses etc were super sweet, kind and helpful. This is the only surgeon/pratice i consulted as I immediately felt comfortable, well informed and cared for upon walking in the door. I have since referred 3 people to Dr. Bauer and will continue to make the Swan center the only place. I go when in need of a little beauty help. 🙂

My overall experience was perfect. From the pre-op appointments to maintaining constant communication with the Patient Coordinator (Rachel was amazing!) and Dr. Fardo both pre and post op. I have been thrilled with the outcome of my rhinoplasty. I cannot thank you all enough for the encouragement and help throughout the whole process. This is something I dreamed of my entire life. I feel like my true self after having this rhinoplasty and I cannot thank you all enough for giving me that!! The Swan Center is the perfect combination of aesthetic comfort and the best medical care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

From my consultation to my procedure it was only 2 weeks for everything to happen. Everyone was so welcoming and answered ALL my questions. I went from nervous and not sure it was the right decision to being so excited I moved my procedure up to as soon as possible. The whole staff is wonderful. They took care of me from day one and still follow up with me almost a month after my procedure.

Cassie Clark took my phone call upon calling to make consultation appointment. She made me feel very comfortable in coming in to get the procedure. I had phoned other surgeon offices, but something about Cassie made me feel warm & fuzzy. Dr. Bauer was sweet, kind and informative. A week after my visit I cancelled other appointments for consultation and scheduled my surgery with Dr. Bauer! Thank you for treating me as a priority and special! See you in a month!

Very friendly staff and never had any problems other than personal issues which were resolved by an easy reschedule for surgery. ALL nurses I interacted with were friendly and open to talk any time I needed.
