From the moment I spoke to Jessica the PCC she made me feel like family, she and the other staff members at the swan center made my husband and I feel very comfortable and confident in the procedure that I was needing. Dr. Cat was very helpful and did everything to my liking and made an awesome decision when it comes to making my breast look amazing. And the after care and the concern the staff and dr cat shown was so appreciated. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

It’s a highly professional yet welcoming environment. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and to want to help you (the patient) achieve whatever result you’re looking for. Ever interaction from the reception desk, patient coordinator, nurse, and ultimately the doctor, was pleasant and calming. They want to make sure your comfortable with and happy with your decision(s).

Dr. Fardo was very honest about what would be best for me as a patient and did not try to guarantee unrealistic expectations that could potentially cause problems later on in the future. Him and the staff were all very friendly and the environment was very pleasant.

I actually smile and look at the mirror as I pass by. I have so much more confidence! .I felt completely comfortable with Dr.Cat and her staff. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my well being.

The staff was polite, informative and simply awesome. The facility was clean. It was my first surgery ever and it was great.[Single best thing is…] The support and information.

I am about 95% happy with my surgery turn out. My right breast still seems a bit droopy and has extra bulk where I had lipo that doesn’t demonstrate on the left. Maybe this is totally normal, but I’m not sure if it is or not. I honestly felt like I was very prepared for the breast augmentation but I did not feel prepared AT ALL for the recovery from the lipo. I honestly had no idea how painful it was going to be and how much assistance I would need after the surgery for over a week. And now, when I mention it, I usually get a response like yeah, lipo is really brutal. I just wish that had been expressed before hand so I had an idea of what was coming.

Staff was great and very knowledgeable. The process was very easy and procedure and follow ups have been great.The only thing I would share is the wait time for appointments. Scheduling appts early to avoid traffic and being late into the office have worked, but there have been a few times when I had to wait a substantial amount of time after my initial appt time.

I’ve been self conscious of my breasts since I was in college… After deciding we were done having children, I decided it was time to regain my confidence back and I scheduled an appointment. I talked to several different doctors (male and female) and none made me feel as comfortable as Dr Bauer! I am so thankful I made the decision to use Dr Bauer and The Swan Center despite the difference in cost. My results are amazing!

Dr. Fardo exceeded my expectations in every way; I now have a perfectly natural-looking result delivered with the utmost professional, kind, and caring doctor and staff that I have ever experienced. I have had a great deal of experience in evaluating medical practices and after considering other “top doctors” I knew immediately that Dr. Fardo would be my surgeon.
