John Philip Connors III, MD, FACS is double board certified in both Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as General Surgery. He has earned more than 18 years of medical and surgical training and experience. Dr. Connors obtained his Plastic Surgery training at Harvard Medical School, where he studied under the guidance of world-renowned surgeons, and was Chief Resident at the five major Boston Hospitals. Dr. Connors completed his General Surgery residency at Dartmouth Medical Shool. He obtained his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Connors is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery. His affiliates include the American College of Surgeons, the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has written numerous journal articles and book chapters and has been invited to lecture at surgical society meetings across the country. Dr. Connors has received awards for his excellent skills, including Outstanding Instructor in Surgery at Harvard Medical School. Sought out for his surgical expertise, he has participated in clinical trials evaluating innovative techniques in breast surgery.

Dr. Connors’ practice includes all aspects of plastic surgery. He is known for his excellence in Body Contouring (abdominoplasties, liposuction, and breast surgery). He has also developed an expertise in facial procedures (face and neck lifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, and laser resurfacing). While Dr. Connors’ personal philosophy is to achieve a natural result, he understands that each patient has a unique sense of beauty. Accordingly, Dr. Connors is committed to working with each patient to develop an individualized plan to achieve a successful result.
